Another illuminating Summit is now behind us. We are so grateful to all who attended yesterday’s 8th Annual Religious Diversity Leadership Summit, Religion and DEI: Past, Present, and Future.
Each year we dig deeper with DEI practitioners, faith and interfaith ERGs, chief diversity officers, HR specialists, friends, peers, and folks of all professions about the value of respecting religious identity, belief, and belonging in the workplace. This year, we learned how religion and DEI in the workforce has evolved, and how we can support inclusion efforts at present to ensure more equitable workplaces for our future.
