We’re so grateful to all who joined us in May for our 2024 Religious Diversity Leadership Summit, Religion and DEI: Past, Present, and Future.
Together with speakers from JFB Consulting Services, Ted Childs LLC, Snowden & Associates, Inc., Out Leadership, PRRI, ILGA World, Google, KPMG, GSK, Interfaith America, Inclusive Leadership Institute, Telos Group, Fearless Dialogues, and more, the Summit explored the history of diversity, equity, and inclusion, beginning with the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Programming continued with discussions around the intersection of religion and LGBTQ+ identity, the evolving landscape of religion and DEI, insights and strategies for establishing and maintaining successful ERGs, and workshops focused on transformative dialogue and principles of peacemaking that can be applied within and beyond the workplace.
