We are proud to reflect on the meaningful progress and growth within Tanenbaum’s Workplace program. In 2025, the Workplace team provided over 100 hours of consultation services to organizations committed to building more inclusive and religiously diverse workplaces.
Throughout the year, we supported companies in developing religiously inclusive multi-faith calendars, refining accommodation policies, and creating resources that empower faith-based employee resource groups to thrive.
These efforts have helped organizations foster environments where employees of all different identities feel valued and supported.
