Criteria for identifying and reducing workplace discrimination and harassment on the basis of religion or belief (Total Possible: 30 points)
How to Complete the CRDA: In order to complete the CRDA, please proceed Concept by Concept through the assessment. The questions in the CRDA reflect better practices that correspond with each Concept. Before beginning, please look over the Concept page to identify documents you will need to review to complete this section. When you have completed all four Concept pages and pressed submit, you will receive an email outlining all of your responses and notes. This will give you and your team an opportunity to review what you're doing well and identify areas of future work.
Assigning Points: If your company has the policy or practice in question, please assign yourself all the points associated, and if not, assign zero points. If there are specific Scoring Guidelines associated with the questions, however, assign points as directed in the Scoring Guidelines. In order to proceed to the next Concept page, you must enter values into each points box.
Section Tallies: At the end of each section in this Concept, there is a section tally that will keep track of your points per Section. You don't need to enter a number there, as it will populate automatically. Please find the total possible points per Concept at the top of the page.
Saving: You can save at any time by pressing the "save for later" button at the bottom of the page. You will then receive a special link that you can use to return to the assessment, or to share with any colleagues also working on the CRDA.
