Over the course of a decade, Tanenbaum has convened thousands of employees together at the Religious Diversity Leadership Summit. Together with remarkable panelists, attendees learn how to combat bias at work and build cultures of respect that welcome individuals of all faiths and none. The Summit draws on proven Tanenbaum resources and insights from leading companies to help participants build strategy, momentum, and community.
On Thursday, June 11, we will gather for the Summit’s tenth installment, Building Your Roadmap to Religious Inclusion at Work, at Fordham University School of Law in New York City. It will also be streamed and recorded for virtual access.
Though approaches to corporate inclusion efforts evolve, the urgent imperative remains the same: to ensure that employees of all religions and none have their beliefs and practices respected in the workplace, workforce, and marketplace. Since our first Summit in 2016, Tanenbaum has provided organizations and their employees – from managers to human resource practitioners to faith-based employee resource group leaders – with the forum and tools to do just that.
