Reduce Bullying by Teaching Respect

October is National Bullying Prevention Month.

Social and emotional learning initiatives consistently show that bullying can be stopped by educating kids on how to demonstrate elements of empathy and respect. Tanenbaum’s resources teach students to respect difference by practicing communication skills in developmentally appropriate ways.

Tanenbaum’s Transforming Conflict, Religions in My Neighborhood, and World Olympics curricula teach actionable and measurable behaviors of respect in the classroom. Our one-on-one and group consultations address non-inclusive behavior that can lead to religious or ethnicity-based bullying.
