We’ve seen many companies answer the call for change. We’ve seen many U.S.-based nonprofits pledge to “do better” as organizations who work in non-U.S. contexts. As some of the U.S. wakes up to decades of systemic oppression, this session will help U.S.-based non-profits use intersectional approaches to honoring all identities. Rev. Mark Fowler of Tanenbaum, Amb. Bonnie Jenkins of WCAPS, and Jean-Marie Navetta of PFLAG will share practical frameworks for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) conversations and actions in your workplace.
