Faith & Race with Aliya Latif

Today, as part of Tanenbaum’s Black History Month Faith and Race series, we hear from Aliya Latif as she shares her lived experience as a Black Ahmadiyya Muslim.

“I recognize that we [Ahmadiyya Muslims] are a small community in the U.S. With that, I feel especially passionate about making sure different generations feel connected, welcomed, and inspired about their [our] history.”

Watch Aliya’s full video here and stay tuned for more reflections as Black History Month continues.
