Faith and Pride with Brenna Artinger

The narrative surrounding religion and sexual identity has often been depicted as conflicting or contradictory parts of a person’s identity.

As part of our Faith and Pride series, we asked LGBTQ+ people of faith to share how the two connect instead of divide.

In their reflection, Brenna Artinger, Senior Tanenbaum Workplace Associate, shares: “I really see religious and spiritual communities as spaces of radical acceptance. These communities can practice in such a way that creates incredible inclusive spaces for queer and LGBTQ+ individuals.”
