Our Workplace program is improving the global workforce’s ability to create religiously inclusive workspaces.
Recently, I was honored to be included as a speaker at Microsoft’s Include 2021 conference. I was joined by Dalia Mogahed, Director of Research at the Institute for Social Policy and Understanding, as we discussed the undeniable value of addressing religion and belief as a facet of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
And, we are hard at work preparing for our 5th Religious Diversity Leadership Summit, to be held virtually in sequential sessions during the month of May. At the Summit, themed “Do the Work: Build A Bigger Table”, speakers and panelists will authentically explore the critical difference addressing religious diversity will make for the global workforce. Registration is expected to go live April 5th!
