More Spring Holidays Abound!

April 2022 will hold four holidays from four different traditions that are celebrated by millions of people across the world!

On Thursday, April 14th, Sikhs will celebrate Vaisakhi, an important religious holiday and cultural festival. Read our Vaisakhi Fact Sheet to learn more!

Many Christians will celebrate Easter this year on April 17th, while Orthodox Christians will celebrate on April 24th. The Jewish week of Passover, also known in Hebrew as Pesach, falls on April 15th to the 23rd. To learn more about these holidays, see our Easter and Passover fact sheets.

For Muslims, the holy month of Ramadan will begin soon on the evening of April 2nd and end the following month on May 2nd, followed by the celebration of Eid al-Fitr.
