In the face of the continued fight for basic civil rights and ongoing assumptions about the intersection of religious and LGBTQ+ identities, this session provides tools for mitigating conflicts and creating cultures of inclusion for everyone. This session focuses on leveraging employee resource groups to lead in this intersectional space and serve as effective allies.
