Thank You for Joining Us

Dear Tanenbaum Community,

Thank you for taking the time to join us for our Stranger/ Sister screening + Q&A. I hope you’ll agree with me that the documentary was an insightful and powerful reminder of how ordinary people can promote justice and build respect in their communities every day.

If you were unable to attend, we have made a recording of the Q&A conversation available on our YouTube channel. Click HERE to view now.

This discussion highlights tips for those looking to host their own conversations as part of Tanenbaum’s 3,000 Conversations! Over the first thirty years of Tanenbaum’s work, we’ve seen the value of people having authentic and intentional conversations around building respect for religious difference, and what that means for them in their real lives.

Our 3,000 Conversations is a chance for all within our community, old and new, to use Tanenbaum resources to dismantle stereotypes, counter fake news, and build a world where differences are respected, no matter what we believe. And, if you have already used a Tanenbaum resource to host an event in your community, make sure to tell us all about it here!

In solidarity,

Rev. Mark Fowler
