Their firm stance against the use of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act to discriminate against LGBTQ+ people and the Travel Ban has exemplified why Marriott continues to be a leader in addressing religion, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
I greatly admire Marriott’s late CEO, Arne Sorenson, as a leader who inspired those around him with his positive attitude. His legacy and work has ensured that Marriott International will remain a leader of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging for many years to come.
